This is a .html file.

But because of the .htaccess file in this directory, it 
looks the same as a .txt file would normally look. That's 
because the mime type for .html has been changed from:
text/html to text/plain

If you want to force a 'save file as' message, you can set
the mime-type to application/octet-stream
