This lame example is just here to tell you that you tried to access a file that doesn't exist.

You'll notice that the URL on your browser (if you can see it) points to the actual error file (http://baremetal.com/gadgets/htaccess/notfound.html) because this is an external redirect (it contained the http://hostname.com/ prefix).
