Payment Terms
Invoices are considered overdue 45 days after they are issued.
Payment Methods
We take Canadian cheques, US checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Other cheque like payments such as money orders are fine. Note that
there is a US money order which is NOT OK. US money orders need to be the
international ones. Customers who arrange it in advance can do direct
deposit or wire transfers, but please tell us when you have made
such payments! We usually can not tell who made the payment, so if you
don't tell us, we can't credit your account! :-(
Billing Options
Our preferred method of billing is via e-mail. But we can send out
a postal invoice if required. Note that we may require you to pay for more
than a month at a time if you want postal billing.
We also provide discounts on web-hosting for payment quarterly or yearly.
